Can I change or cancel my order?

You can request a change or cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order , before preparation begins. After this time, the order can no longer be changed or cancelled.
⚠️ Personalized items cannot be modified or canceled once the order has been validated.

What are the preparation and delivery times?

Orders are prepared within 24 to 72 working hours .
Estimated delivery: 7 to 15 days for France and the European Union, and 10 to 20 days for the United States and Canada.

How do I track my order?

Go to the Track My Order page and enter your order number and email.
💡 The tracking number may update only 1 to 2 days before the package arrives , this is normal.

Do you ship worldwide?

You can return an unworn, unwashed, and unpersonalized item within 14 days of receipt.
